Domestic Shipping (Cairo)
We offer shipping services across all governorates within Egypt.
- All shipments within Egypt will be handled by reputable local courier services.
- Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping
Currently, codex-grp offers shipping only within Egypt. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Local Pickup
You can choose free local pickup at our store location.
- Pickup Location: Cairo - Nasr City - Office No. (O52) - Property No. 44 Ahmed Mohamed Ibrahim Street, off Abbas El Akkad Street - Eighth District
- Pickup Hours: Saturday – Thursday, 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this confirmation before coming to the store.
- When picking up your order, please bring your order confirmation email (digital or printed) and a valid photo ID.

Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
- You can track your order directly on the courier's website using the provided tracking number.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Kindly provide a physical street address for delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged Packages: If you receive a damaged package, please refuse the delivery if possible. If you have already accepted it, take photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately. Contact our customer support at Info@codex-grp.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Lost Packages: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please first check your tracking information. If there's no update or the package is confirmed lost, please contact us at Info@codex-grp.com. We will investigate with the courier service and work towards a resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Address
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.
